All sales are final, and we are unable to offer refunds if you change your mind about your purchase. Pottery is delicate and costly to ship, which makes returns difficult. However, if your item arrives broken or faulty, please contact me within 10 days of receiving it, and I’ll work with you to make it right.
Care Instructions
For best results and to prolong the life of your handmade pottery, I recommend handwashing your pieces and avoiding the microwave. While durable, handmade ceramics can be more sensitive to extreme temperature changes.
